What can enter the project file

You choose what to type into the form. Common fields are name, contact details, city, ZIP code, room notes, job goals, timing, budget range, and links to plans or photos. Leave out card numbers, passwords, public ID numbers, health facts, and any private detail that the kitchen request does not need.

Why the file is read

The details help sort the address, scope, and likely project fit. They may also support a reply, screen misuse, improve the form, or prepare an introduction that you asked for. Sending the form does not assure a match.

When another firm may see it

A separate home-service firm may receive the brief so it can decide if the job fits. Hosting, form, and security vendors can process the data needed to run their tools. A valid legal demand, fraud concern, or safety need can also call for a limited release. The site does not treat a kitchen brief as a list to sell.

Site measurement

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand visits, page use, and completed project-form submissions. The site configures Google Analytics without Google Signals or advertising personalization. Cloudflare and the embedded form can also log basic device or request facts as part of delivery and safety.

How long the file can stay

The brief can be kept while the request is checked, while a referral is active, or while a record is needed for law or abuse control. Useful steps protect the file, but a web system can never promise zero risk. You may ask to view, fix, or erase your data. Some records may need to stay for a valid legal or security reason.

Sites outside this one
